I found that in continuing to read about shot styles and camera movements, it opened up a wider set of possibilities in my considerations regarding the process of my own story boarding. I also feel myself gaining the ability to discern and pay attention to shot styles in the everyday movies and shows I watch. I felt that  it was very helpful an important for the book to show and give examples of methods that broke the conventional rules. I believe in knowing the wide set of composition rules, eventually I will learn how and when breaking the rules will add dynamism to the story and convey the central themes and moods in ways not often used or used at all. One of the breaking the rule examples I am drawn to is the dolly zoom shot used in a way that makes the focus object of the shot appear the same size while the space surrounding the object appears to be receding. This has a very disorienting look and adds a lot of drama to a shot. Also I had a moment of happiness when I realized that in animation I can achieve the look of these shots all  without the aid of camera equipment
